Refund policy
BillBusted reports are generated and delivered digitally, so all sales are final once an analysis report has been created. Refunds are available only for duplicate charges, failed processing, the wrong document analyzed due to a BillBusted error, or a technical issue that prevents delivery.
If there is a problem with your report, contact hello@billbusted.com within 7 days of purchase. We will first attempt to reprocess or correct the report. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Read the full refund policy.
